
Delivery Timeline, Fulfillment, and Client Responsibilities
1. Scope of Time-Based Commitment
PM3 University provides a 30-day implementation commitment, which applies to active working days following the official project kickoff. The 30-day period does not begin at purchase, but begins after the completion of the initial kickoff call and confirmation that all required access, information, and documentation have been received from the Client.
The engagement follows a structured process that includes:
- An initial kickoff call to confirm scope, expectations, and required inputs
- A second strategy and roadmap session to review findings and align on implementation
- Ongoing scheduled working sessions required to complete installation and deliverables
2. Client Scheduling and Participation Requirements
This offer is schedule-dependent and collaborative in nature. Timely completion requires the Client to:

Attend all scheduled sessions
- Submit requested documents, approvals, and feedback promptly
- Maintain weekly or reasonably sequential availability as outlined during kickoff
- Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays outside of PM3 University’s control.
3. Timeline Extensions Due to Client Delays
If the Client is unavailable, delays scheduling, misses sessions, or does not provide required materials in a timely manner, the project timeline will be automatically extended by the length of the delay.

- Inability to schedule sessions in consecutive or sequential weeks pauses the 30-day delivery commitment
- Extended unavailability releases PM3 University from any time-based completion guarantees
These extensions do not constitute non-performance by PM3 University.
4. Good Faith Effort and Professional Standard
Time to Fulfillment and Completion Window
The Client is granted access to this offer for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
However, to preserve delivery integrity and scheduling availability, all required sessions, submissions, and implementation activities must be completed within six (6) months of the initial kickoff call.
If the Client does not complete required participation within the six-month window:
- PM3 University’s obligation to complete remaining deliverables is deemed fulfilled
- All time-based guarantees and delivery commitments are void
- The project is considered concluded without refund, credit, or extension
Any extensions beyond six months are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of PM3 University.
5. Client Responsiveness and Communication Standards
Timely communication is essential to service delivery.
The Client will be considered unresponsive if any of the following occur:
- Failure to respond to three (3) total email attempts
- Failure to respond to two (2) consecutive email attempts related to scheduling, approvals, or submissions
No communication or engagement for a period exceeding three (3) consecutive weeks
If unresponsiveness occurs:
- PM3 University is released from all remaining duties and delivery obligations
- All guarantees, timelines, and commitments are null and void
- No refunds, credits, or rescheduling rights apply
- Re-engagement after this point may require a new agreement and additional fees.
6. Refund Eligibility and Voiding Conditions
Any refund eligibility, guarantees, or delivery commitments are immediately void if any of the following occur:
- Client failure to schedule or attend required sessions
- Client delays exceeding the six-month completion window
- Lack of responsiveness as outlined above
- Failure to submit requested documents, information, or approvals in a timely manner (3 working days, Monday - Friday)
The Client acknowledges that PM3 University’s services are time, capacity, and availability based, and that non-participation does not constitute non-performance.
7. Bonus Materials and Additional Deliverables
All bonuses, supplemental tools, templates, digital assets, recordings, and additional materials associated with this offer are fulfilled separately from core implementation work.
Please allow 48 to 72 business hours for:
-Bonus access links to be delivered
-Emails, portals, or digital resources to be activated
-Supplemental materials to be released
-Delivery timelines for bonuses do not affect the primary implementation schedule.
6. Acknowledgment of Shared Responsibility
By enrolling in this offer, the Client acknowledges that successful and timely completion is a shared responsibility. PM3 University cannot be held responsible for delays caused by missed appointments, incomplete submissions, delayed feedback, or lack of availability.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of timeline adjustments as outlined above.
