2. Services Provided

PM3 University provides grant writing education, nonprofit consulting, training programs, and strategic development services for nonprofit organizations and aspiring nonprofit founders. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, grant awards, funding results, or timelines. All services are provided based on the information you voluntarily submit and your active participation in our programs.

3. No Legal or Financial Advice

Information provided by PM3 University is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for consulting with qualified professionals regarding your specific nonprofit, tax-exempt status, compliance requirements, and financial decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your organization and goals
• Review all communications, course materials, and resources sent to you
• Follow provided instructions and implement strategies in a timely manner
• Use our services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with nonprofit regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

5. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using PM3 University, you represent that you are over the age of 18.

6. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are subject to the pricing, terms, and refund policies disclosed at the time of purchase. Fees paid for courses, consulting services, and training programs are not guaranteed to result in specific grant awards, funding outcomes, or organizational success. Refund requests must be submitted in accordance with our stated refund policy for each specific program or service.

7. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive service-related text messages from PM3 University, including:

• Course updates and educational content
• Webinar reminders and event notifications
• Grant writing tips and nonprofit strategies
• Promotional offers and program announcements
• Service-related notifications and updates

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4-8 messages per month, though frequency may vary based on your engagement and subscriptions.

How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network availability and coverage.

Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your opt-in preferences. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information for marketing or promotional purposes outside of PM3 University and our trusted service providers. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, frameworks (including the Foundations First Framework™), and proprietary methodologies, is the property of PM3 University and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Willie Finklin or PM3 University.

10. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and are liable for any activity under your account. If you become aware of unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

11. Limitation of Liability

PM3 University is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, website, or course materials. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of funding opportunities, grant rejections, organizational failures, or financial losses.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you have paid to PM3 University for the specific service or program in question.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Use of such third-party websites is at your own risk.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or prominent notice on our website. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jacksonville, Florida.
