Nonprofit Launch (Full Payment)
The Nonprofit Launch package is the perfect resource for nonprofit startups or those still developing their identity, program delivery, and funding strategy. This implementation package includes everything a nonprofit needs to form as a legal not-for-profit entity, solicit contributions, and apply for 501c3 exemption status with the IRS.
Here's what the package includes:
1. Incorporation & Tax Exemption: We'll help you incorporate your organization as a nonprofit, apply for the necessary designations that allow the nonprofit to solicit contributions within the state of incorporation, and apply for 501c3 status with the IRS.
2 . Case for Support: We'll provide you with a case for support for the organization with two revisions included. The case for support will outline the compelling reason why philanthropists, donors, grantmakers, and others should support the organization.
3. Slide Deck Presentation: We'll create a slide deck that provides an overview of the organization and outlines its purpose, the need for its services, the programs that will be provided, and the desired impact of the organization.
4. Fundraising Letter: We'll draft one solicitation letter with two revisions included. The solicitation will be a one-page appeal and call to action for donations.Funding Research: We'll identify a minimum of three funding sources with a relationship management plan. PM3 will provide potential funding sources and action steps to the organization on how to build relationships and position itself to receive funding from those sources.
5. Program Development: We'll assist with program development for up to three programs to include the following: program description, program design, curriculum suggestions, pre and posttest design, and program delivery.
6. Compliance: We'll provide support and/or referrals to file the first annual report, renewal of solicitation of contributions certificate, and 990. Note that PM3 only assists with filing a 990N, e-postcard. If an organization receives more than $50,000 within the first year of incorporation, PM3 will recommend a tax consultant to assist the organization with filing its taxes.
BONUS: Consultation and Support - We'll provide consultation services for a minimum of four quarterly sessions for a year and/or until all renewals have been filed. Consultation includes the above-mentioned areas and other industry considerations (i.e. social media marketing, logos, collaborative partnerships, etc.). Sessions will be limited to 30-minute phone calls or video conferences. With The Nonprofit Launch package, you'll have all the resources you need to successfully start, develop, and position your nonprofit for future funding.
Working with us is a simple 5-step process:Step 1: Discovery Call - We'll have a discovery call to analyze your needs and determine a good fit for our services. If there's a good fit, we'll sign an agreement, and 50% of the services are due as a retainer.
Step 2: Co-Create Organizational Design - We'll work together to decide on the mission/vision, the overall purpose of the organization, and the initial programs.
Step 3: Develop a Timeline - We'll develop a timeline to complete the necessary tasks to legally establish the nonprofit. This includes completing incorporation, EIN, and filing for tax-exempt status with the IRS. 35% is due at this stage.
Step 4: Create Strategic Documents - We'll create strategic documents for the nonprofit, such as bylaws, job descriptions, slide deck presentation, case for support, solicitation letters, program design, etc.
Step 5: Review and Approve Deliverables - We'll review and approve all deliverables for the nonprofit. Once we complete 1-3 rounds of changes, we'll finalize your project, send you the final invoice of 15%, and provide you digital copies of all files ready for you to use! All done!
Bonus: Follow-up Consultation Services - We provide follow-up consultation services that include the implementation of services, a funding plan, potential collaborative partnerships, and ensure compliance with state and federal filing requirements for the first year of operation.
Note: This package includes the filing of the 1023EZ. If your organization requires the 1023 long form, an additional $1,000 will be added and must be paid before filing.
Refund Policy:We offer a 5-day refund policy after purchase for 100% refund and 50%. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may request a refund within 5 days of purchase for a 100% refund minus any fees. After 5 days, if you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund for 50% of the retainer for up to 30 days minus any fees. After 30 days, all sales are final. Please note that refunds are only available before the final deliverables have been approved.
